Your Allergist/Immunologist is a physician who works with you and your Primary Care Physician to help control your Allergies and/or Asthma. As a specialist in the treatment of Allergy/Asthma, we do not take the place of your Primary Care Physicians, but work closely with them.

The role of an Allergist/Immunologist is more than relieving symptomatic discomfort. We realize that Allergies and Asthma can limit people's day to day activities. Our approach is to remove these limitations to the greatest extent possible and help patients in achieving greater comfort and freedom in their daily lives.

Allergy and Asthma care frequently allows us the privilege of establishing a close ongoing doctor-patient relationship. The control of Asthma and Allergies is a whole family process, which often extends from a few weeks to a few months. Good communication between doctor and the patient is the primary key to sucessful treatment.
